By accessing or using the Reppit platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including business owners, managers, and staff members.
Reppit is a review generation and reputation management platform that enables businesses to send review requests to their customers via SMS and email, collect ratings and feedback, and manage their online reputation across platforms including Google and Yelp. The Service includes dashboard analytics, staff management, template customization, and billing functionality.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending review requests via SMS or email. You must comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations, including honoring opt-out requests (STOP keywords) within the timeframes required by law. Reppit automatically processes opt-out requests but you remain responsible for compliance.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. SMS credits are consumed per message sent and do not roll over between billing periods.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Reppit and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data, customer information, and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of customer data complies with applicable privacy laws and your own privacy policy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPPIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before account deletion. We will retain your data for a reasonable period after termination as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
